A Good Choice

Kevin Durant had choices in free agency, either to stay with the Thunder or move onto one of several other suitors.  His eventual decision would change the landscape of the NBA, essentially eliminating one team from contention and elevating another to a level of "eliteness" so rare in sports in today's world.  Stars have collaborated in the past to join forces (i.e. Lakers, Heat, Cavs) but no team looks as scary as the new Golden State Warriors, recipients of arguably the 2nd or 3rd best player in the NBA, a fellow by the name of Kevin Durant.  Signing for 2 years and $54.3M this week of July 4, we are about to witness a team next season that might just surpass the 72 wins they won in 2015-16! Imagine Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, Andre Igoudala and now Kevin Durant!
